Afreen Mansoor was running a conversion-based funnel design agency - social media graphics, ClickFunnels and GoHighLevel builds, full digital product launches - alongside a coaching program for freelancers scaling to $5K/month. She had the clients, the team, and the demand. What she didn't have was structure. She was maxed out, everything ran through her, and her business was beginning to crack.
